We comply with the Romanian and European legislation in force in the field of personal data protection and collect personal data only for specified purposes.

The purpose of collecting personal data is to sell products and services on the Site (with all related activities such as order processing, delivery, payment, billing, etc.), customer service and marketing activities for our own needs.

2. What personal data do we collect and who has access to your data?

These data are kept for a period of 3 years from the termination of the contract (this is the general limitation period) or 10 years for invoices (where there is a legal tax obligation).   • Also, when you access our support services by phone, chat, or another way, we may ask you for an email address or phone number. We reserve the right to record any communication made thru our service support channel to improve our services. We will inform you before the communication begins that it may be registered. These data are retained for different periods of time but no more than 3 years after the last communication with you. This period is necessary to be able to defend us against any complaints that may arise regarding the issues you have identified or third parties. These data are used, for example, for the purpose of contacting you, establishing the necessary data for the contract or billing, or the contact person and / or to resolve your complaint / request.
